Zoom is Saint Mary’s web-conferencing tool. Not only does it integrate within the Google Suite it also connects seamlessly into the Canvas LMS. Regardless of how your course meets – online, blended, or in-person – Zoom has the capabilities for all.
Instructor Resources
As an instructor you can schedule your zoom sessions for all your courses easily in any LMS.
Zoom also offers great features such as breakout rooms, recordings that link to Panopto, and a recurring meeting to allow virtual office hours.
Student Resources
As a student, it is important to know how to use the features of Zoom to feel the most comfortable when in a class session, not to mention understanding the tools for when you present or share ideas with your instructor and your peers.
