Spring Faculty Conference: Virtue and Vocation in Higher Education

Suzanne Shanahan, Leo and Arlene Hawk Executive Director of the Institute for Social Concerns at the University of Notre Dame, will offer a talk on virtue and vocation in higher education. Drawing on her leadership of the Virtues & Vocations initiative, a national forum dedicated to cultivating character, moral purpose, and professional identity, Shanahan invites educators to reflect on how colleges and universities can form students not only for careers, but for lives of meaning, responsibility, and human flourishing.
